A lively and colorful campus culture greatly helps the students in their political and ideological education as well as quality education. Besides the four series of activities designed by the main campus, namely, “Environmental Protection Series”, “Science and Technology Series”, “International Culture Series”, and “Chinese Culture Series”, the Institute has campus culture of its own characteristics. A number of activities are annually held and quite popular with the students, such as English Week, Girls Festival, Film Festival, Forum for Entrepreneurs, but the most prestigious annual activities are a Welcoming Show Case for Freshmen, Choir Singing Competition, Show Case to Celebrate the New Year, Singing Competition to Find out Top Ten Performers, Sports Meeting, Wanyu Cup Badminton Tournament, Poetry Recital, etc.
　　In addition, there are more than 20 students' associations on the campus, including several consistently high performing associations. Tiramisu Amateur-Dramatics Association is a typical one. The association gives an item, in which several colleges in Ningbo exchange ideas and dramatical skills by hosting performances for one another. Recently, they organized a drama exhibition game in the thematic spirit of “Loving Heart” and will have a road show in the colleges in Ningbo. Youth Making Public Speaking Association, Youth Volunteer Services, etc. are also attractive and inspiring.
